Springsteen (Goes Off) In London and HoF Will Get Some (Late Guy) Inductees

The Schloss-Blog heard about Bruce Springsteen, touring in Europe with his E Street Band, going off about Trump while on stage in London.

Because he did.

More on that in a moment, but first, is it true, Melania has spent -what? - a total of  14 days at the White House.

That's 14 days since Trump moved back in ... in January.

I knew it - she's doing the gardener at Mar-a-Lago.

***

Been hearing that Trump has been making deals all over ...

...he has a deal to make a deal with England

...he has a deal to make deals with every Middle East country ever created (no, he doesn')

...and he has a deal to make a deal to have Melania move back into the White Hosue.

The NFL's 2025-26 schedule has dropped and everyone is abuzz about Sept. 4.

No, wait, they are?

Actually, Dallas is pretty hot right now.

The Mavericks, in a miracle - wink, wink - got the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft when, going in, the Mavericks had a 1.8% chance of getting it.

One. Point. Eight. Per. Cent.

Yeah, that was a Luka make-good, redemption for Nico Harrison and the Mavericks.

Also, Paige Beuckers, the No. 1 choice in the WNBA Draft, selected by the Dallas Wings, made a rousing debut.

OK, it wasn't rousing, but her team kinda' sucked last season and they'll need more than Paige Beuckers to get respectable again.

***

Wait, the only Middle East country Trump didn't make a deal with was Israel. He's already helping them destroy the property values in Gaza so he can turn into a resort beachfront.

Journalism won!

The Preakness.

Will there be another showdown with Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty, this time in the Belmont Stakes?

***

Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe Jackson are eligible for the Hall of Fame.

Who cares?

***

Oh yeah, Springsteen, in London, called Trump and his administration "...corrupt, incompetent and treasonous."

He also called it not good.

Good night, Mrs. Calabash. Here's to you, Samantha Fish.

More Sunday night on my Radio Free Phoenix rock 'n' roll show.
